Since 2017, the Cercle Culturel Germano-Malien (CCGMS) in Bamako has participated in the Science Film Festival (SFF), screening selected films at public and private schools for one month. Last year, due to the country’s poor electricity supply, all films and experiments were held at the CCGMS event space. The festival aims to spark students' interest in science by helping them understand current technological, economic, ecological, and scientific challenges, while encouraging them to respond responsibly and take positive action. The event will take place from November 20 to December 20, 2024.
