José Luís Mendonça

José Luís Mendonça is an Angolan journalist, editor-in-chief of the biweekly magazine Cultura and author of a weekly opinion column. He graduated in Law and published volumes of poetry, a novel and a selection of short stories. He is further committed to teaching Portuguese and the development of primary education and reading projects.
