Mithu M. Sanyal

Dr. Mithu M. Sanyal is a writer, cultural scientist and journalist who has worked for WDR, SWR, Deutschlandfunk, Spiegel, the Federal Agency for Civic Education, The Guardian, taz and other outlets. She is the author of several books, including Vulva und Vergewaltigung. Aspekte eines Verbrechens (Rape. Aspects of a Crime), which was awarded the International Humanities Prize. Her debut novel, Identitti, has just been published by Hanser.
