Tanzil Chowdhury

Tanzil Chowdhury is an Assistant Professor in Public Law and co-director of the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context at Queen Mary University of London. His research focusses on Public law and primitive accumulation. He authored the book Time, Temporality and Legal Judgment and recently co-authored the book Abolishing the Police (Dog Press 2021). Tanzil was also the co-founder of the Northern Police Monitoring Projectand helped set up the Greater Manchester Law Centre.
