Nicole Amoussou is from Benin.  Since 2010, she has been actively involved in international projects in Benin, Germany, France, Cameroon, Togo, ... Since 2012, she has been advising and accompanying institutions and non-governmental organizations in Germany such as Engagement Global, STUBE, Friedenskreis Halle in the field of racism awareness and support for non-discriminatory processes.

Another focus of her work is capacity building and empowerment of diaspora organizations and people with migrant biographies. She works extensively on topics such as decolonization and reflection on colonial continuities. Nicole Amoussou is particularly experienced in community work and sustainable accompaniment on the topic of racism in institutions such as the Criminal Police in Germany/Wiesbaden, Amnesty International, BMZ exchange programs, ASA, ENSA, etc.
