Ido Ramati

Ido Ramati studies the relationship between media technologies and culture, focusing on the role that technological devices play in shaping the conditions for a range of social phenomena in traditional media as well as in digital culture. One of his main areas of research is the impact of technology on modern Hebrew. Ramati is currently a lecturer at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He was a post-doctoral fellow at the IKKM at Bauhaus University Weimar. Ramati holds a PhD in communication and journalism and has been awarded several prizes and fellowships.
