Hernán D. Caro, author and editor, born in Bogotá, Colombia, has lived in Germany since 2001. He holds a doctorate in philosophy from Humboldt University in Berlin and writes for various media in Latin America and Germany, including Arcadia magazine and Deutsche Welle. He is also a freelance journalist for the feature section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung. He is co-editor of the Humboldt Magazine.
