Melanie Steur

Melanie Steur is press officer for the Naturgewalten museum and a mudflat guide based in List on the North Sea island of Sylt. Her love of the island began when she first visited as a child in 1990. After finishing school, she completed a voluntary ecological year in Braderup. She went to university and trained as an editor before relocating to the island in 2009. Prior to joining the museum, she worked as an editor for the Sylter Rundschau newspaper in Westerland.
