TECHNO WORLDS in Sri Lanka

The works presented at the Rio Hotel & Cinema Complex were inspired by themes such as the history and sound of techno music, communities and networks, techno and design, and underground rave culture.An additional section on the Pettah Interchange 2012-2016 event series commemorated the club culture event series organised by the Goethe-Institut in Colombo.
The exhibition was accompanied by a programme of film screenings, talks and performances. Here are a few impressions from the exhibition:
