Films accompanying the exhibition 'The Life of Images'
In conjunction with the comprehensive exhibition Gerhard Richter: The Life of Images, QAGOMA will show two documentaries: Gerhard Richter – Painting and Gerhard Richter: Four Decades. These films will be screened regularly throughout the exhibition period. They will provide greater insight into the artist’s creative process.
Gerhard Richter – Painting
Filmed in 2009, Gerhard Richter – Painting offers a rare glimpse into the practice of one of the world's most significant contemporary artists. It observes Richter in his studio amidst the development of several large abstract paintings. Gerhard Richter: Four Decades
