Participation for EU staff and ministry officials from EU member states/candidate countries with working contacts to EU institutions and interested parties.

On the occasion of the publication of the study "Außenblick - Internationale Perspektiven auf Deutschland", a joint project of DAAD, GIZ and Goethe-Institut, the Europanetzwerk Deutsch and the DAAD Brussels Office invite you to a digital discussion group:

Germany not only holds a new federal government, but also the G7 presidency in the first half of 2022. In times of profound political crises in Europe and diverse international challenges, how should the Federal Republic of Germany view its foreign policy, especially in terms of its European scope?

Following the welcome speech by Dr. Elke Kaschl Mohni, Director of the Institute, Head of the Southwest Europe Region, EU Representative of the Goethe-Institut, and a brief presentation of the study by Michael Hörig, Head of the DAAD Brussels Office, Ambassador Thomas Ossowski, representative in the Political and Security Committee of the Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the European Union, and Anne Gellinek, Head of the ZDF Brussels Studio, will discuss with you.

If you are interested, please register by 22 February 2022.

We are looking forward to your participation.
