Workshop for Stolipinovo

#2 Building

The Building Together project will continue with an urban intervention in Stolipinovo neighbourhood during the autumn. The construction of the intervention will be held in two stages: 12-15 September and 03-06 October.

What are we going to do?

We will implement the ideas for urban furniture, children's facilities and small interventions at Kraina Street in Stolipinovo, which we generated together during the WORKSHOP FOR STOLIPINOVO #1 Design, which took place in July. We will paint the existing children's playground, we will build a very long bench, a shed and an art installation. We will work with metal, wood, concrete – from the rough construction, through the fine details to the artistic decorations.

To learn more about Stolipinovo. To participate in the realisation of an experimental building project. To challenge your creative skills and contribute to the urban environment of Plovdiv. To develop new skills and get to grips with the specific work with wood, metal, and concrete.

What you need to know.

The workshop is free of charge.

You will receive a certificate for participating.

The organisers will provide all the necessary materials for the workshop, water and lunch during workshop hours.

The workshop will take place from 10:00 to 18:00 on the announced dates.
