Bibiane Sadey
Living between Yaounde and Douala, Bibiane Sadey is a singer who also plays the guitar, bass, and piano. Heiress of a family of artists, she showed interested in music at an early age. At four, her parents offered her her first synthesizer on which she began to practise. After several years singing in choirs and cabarets, she devoted herself to her first musical project entitled "Nyangondedi", a play on words composed of "Nyango" (madame) and "Ngondedi" (miss) in the Duala language. Her poetic and philosophical lyrics, sung along uncluttered melancholic tunes transform her music into an initiatory journey.
