Take the regional train RE 8 or RE 23 three stops to Alexanderplatz station, walk approx. 4 minutes, then take the underground U8 (direction Wittenau) for one stop to Weinmeisterstraße underground station (journey time approx. 40 minutes / walk 1 minute)

Take the FEX (Flughafen-Express, direction Hauptbahnhof) for one stop to Ostkreuz, walk approx. 4 minutes, take the S-Bahn S3, S5 or S7 or regional train RE1, RE2, RE 7 or RE 8 (direction Hauptbahnhof) to S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt (journey time approx. 35 minutes / walk 7 minutes)
