Mohamed Karim Boukhassas

Mohamed Karim Boukhassas has 13 years of professional experience in journalism. He has worked for several Moroccan and international newspapers and is currently working for Al-Ayyam (a Moroccan weekly newspaper). He has presented numerous investigative reports, some of which have won national and international awards, including the “European Union Migration Media Award” (2019), the “Grand National Prize for Journalism” from the Moroccan Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication (2018), the National Award for Young Journalists (2018), and the “Prometheus Award for Best Public Finance Report” (2020). Moreover, he was also nominated twice for the Arab Media Award organized by the Dubai Press Club (2017 and 2019). He also combines journalistic work with scientific research and is currently writing a doctoral thesis in the field of media.
