WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME

PMS - Premenstrual Syndrome
I have decided to write a scientific article about PMDD - a reinforced form of PMS. PMS stands for 'Premenstrual Syndrome', which is typical for physical and psychological complaints before the period. I have my own experience with it, which is why it is especially important to me to inform society about it. Unfortunately, the topic of women's reproductive health is still not given much attention in the media. I would like to use journalism against the stigmatization of the menstrual cycle in society.
In my article I discuss how the menstrual cycle is related to mental health. My goal is to raise awareness through scientific interpretation. It should enable women and men to understand the pre-menstrual phase and the factors involved.
