The following photo story has been produced as part of Abenezers Tefera solo exploration during Water in Ethiopia.
My story revolves around a town located in Ormia named Wonchi, a creator lake formed at 3450m above sea level. In the town lives a mother and her three children. The mother named Chaltu sustains her life and children by selling wood for locals. She also uses the lake for cooking her food. This story emphasizes the struggle of what they go through to get to the natural lake. It also shows the journey of the kids Biftu and Fana to find the natural spring water for their daily usage.
