Goethe-Institut Addis Ababa is once again participating in “Reading for Life” book fair, the first big book fair in Ethiopia which started last year. The spacious stall of the Goethe-Institut Addis Ababa will wants again invite you to an extensive programme with readings, discussions and information sessions – or you can relax with a book after browsing through the book fair.
The emphasis this year will be on different genres of literature. Enjoy readings of poems, short stories and essays, always followed by a discussion. You can get information about German Literature and the relationship between authors and social media. There will be several sessions with Ethiopian writers who will read from their books and sign them. And you can win attractive prices with our quiz about the Goethe-Institut.
The venue of the book fair “Reading for Life” is the Addis Abeba Exhibition Center. All discussions and readings will be in Amharic.
