Mario Giordano
(born: 30.05.1963 in Munich), Author
Mario Giordano has worked as an author since studying Psychology and Philosophy in Düsseldorf. His repertoire includes stories for children and teenagers, novels, short stories, screenplays, radio plays and art books for children. His children's book Der aus den Docks, published in 1997, was awarded the Hans-im-Glück prize and his picture book Ein Huhn, ein Ei und viel Geschrei (1999) won the Eulenspiegel prize. Also published in 1999 was the novel Black Box, which in 2000 was made into a film entitled Das Experiment and which received the Bavarian Film Award. Mario Giordano lives in Berlin.
