There is talk of a "turning point for humanity" (The Guardian) with reference to the climate summit in Glasgow. According to the urgent call for action by 126 Nobel laureates, time is running out. For some, perhaps the "green transformation in our economy and society" (Die ZEIT) is enough, whilst others see politics, science and technology as having a duty to drive change. In essence, it is about a fundamental cultural change. As an internationally-connected cultural actor, the Goethe-Institut has set itself the task of contributing to this. It will do so during COP26 in Glasgow, together with artists, architects, designers, filmmakers and civil society actors. We invite you to join us!
