German Days London

The German Days can be booked by several schools for the same date. A maximum of 60 pupils will be present on one day.

There will be a lunch break of at least 45 minutes inbetween each of our programmes. Please note that the Goethe-Institut itself does not provide food or a designated space for lunch.

After we have received your registration form, we will contact you with a link to the payment process. You will receive final confirmation of your visit once the invoice has been paid.

Young Goethe Ambassadors are student role models who promote the benefits of learning German to young people and encourage younger students to learn German. They are prepared to share their own experiences of learning German and how they overcame any challenges of learning German. A Young Goethe presentation is usually wrapped up with a quiz and an open Q&A session.

Get to know our library and all of our German materials through our interactive library quiz. Your students will not only encounter German novels and magazines but also literature on how to learn German and get the opportunity to talk to our library staff about literature on possible future research projects of your students.

Only the films indicated are available for the various programs. It is possible to order a film through our film rental service. You can find more information here.

Renowned museums such as the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum are in the immediate vicinity of the Goethe Institute. For a culinary experience, you can book a table next door at Stein's German café and restaurant. In good weather, a trip to Hyde Park is also worthwhile.
