Continuous professional development for language teachers
This session focuses on the importance of leveraging and capitalising on the value of all our languages in schools and beyond. Together we will explore the cognitive and socio-cultural impact learning multiple languages has on pupils. Further, the importance of meaningful engagement for pupils that acknowledges and capitalises on their linguistic and cultural backgrounds will be highlighted.
