Open Call for External Service Providers for Management and Curation of EU4Culture Regional Festival

The Goethe-Institut Georgien invites interested applicants to submit technical proposals for external services within the framework of the EU-funded project EU4Culture – "Management and Curation of EU4Culture Regional Festival."

General Information
The Goethe-Institut Georgien is the Federal Republic of Germany's cultural institute, active worldwide. It promotes the study of German abroad and encourages international cultural exchange.
Goethe-Institut Georgien together with Czech Centres, Danish Cultural Institute and Institut Francais de Georgie, implements the EU funded project “EU4Culture”. The project supports cultural sector as driver of economic development in Eastern Partnership Countries.

Scope of the Call
This call aims to select an external service provider to manage and curate the EU4Culture Regional Festival together with the EU4Culture Team. The festival is scheduled to last for two days (End of September 2024) and will be held in Zugdidi, Georgia.

Simultaneously with the project’s final conference, the festival will spotlight the impact of the EU4Culture project, emphasising the results achieved within Cultural Development Strategies (CDS) of the cities, the Creative and Cross-innovation Projects (CCIP), and mobility schemes. Thus, the festival will showcase the work of project beneficiaries from all EaP countries.

The primary focus of the festival will be on members of the EU4Culture Cities Network, implementing partners of CCIP projects, and beneficiaries of the mobility grant scheme.

Eligibility
Legal entities based and registered in Georgia are eligible to apply.
Examples of legal entities:
Individual Entrepreneur
Limited Liabilities company
Non-Entrepreneur (Non-Commercial) Legal entities
And/or other entities meeting the criteria

Applicants proposal must consist a group of Individuals, fulfilling the requirements and qualification as detailed in the required qualifications outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Application Process
Interested eligible applicants are invited to submit technical and financial offers in English, along with all respective annexes, electronically to EU4Culture@goethe.de with the subject line "Proposal – Call for Managing and Curating the EU4Culture Regional Festival," by May 24, 2024, 23:59 Georgian time.
