“Do You Believe Me?” Student Photo Contest
2016/2017

Winners of the “Do You Believe Me?” regional student photo contest have been chosen. 

The “Do You Believe Me – Reality and Construct” photo contest took place during the first half of 2016. Pupils learned firsthand how Photoshop & Co. can change, manipulate or retouch reality.
 
The contest challenged pupils to take a photo of their home or direct environment and then change it digitally in order to answer the question “How would I like to live?”. They were able to describe their work in a short commentary written in German.

From the many entries, three winners were chosen in Lebanon: 

1. Jana Imad Izzat Shamieh (15 years old)

2. Lynn Hammoud (15 years old)

3. Youssef Diab (15 years old)

The winners will be awarded an iPad, smartphone or digital camera during the PASCH School Project 5th Year festivities on November 17, 2016.

On the regional level, (Egypt, Gulf countries, Lebanon and Morocco) three winners were also chosen:

Marouan Hanif (Morocco), Ahmed El Sayed (Egypt) und Chaimaa Ziad (Morocco).

They will be awarded a place at a Summer 2017 Youth Course in Germany.
