A creative approach to developing a digital solution

Working with children @ Rosetha Kays Design Thinking for Social Impact - A creative approach to developing a digital solution

The purpose of this lecture is to provide students with Design Thinking principles and tools for combining human-centered strategies to address challenges in a more creative and inventive manner. The lecture focuses on considering potential solutions to situations that may not be immediately apparent. Students will be able to use the iterative design thinking process of empathising with product or service users, developing concepts, creating a prototype, and testing.

Learning lectures, presentations, theoretical and practical sessions, debates, and exercises will be used to facilitate the lesson.

The Goethe-Institut's Kinder Uni is a free educational project for young people aged 8 to 12 that gives them the opportunity to find answers to the most exciting questions in the fields of robotics and technology, space travel and natural science, energy and sustainability while learning the German language.
