In celebration of the annual German Film Festival, KinoFest, Goethe-Institut Philippinen is giving away amazing surprises to select individuals who will join the “Watch & Win” raffle. To join, kindly read the mechanics below:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
The contest is open to any Filipino citizen and permanent resident of the Philippines of legal age (18 years old and above).
Mechanics
- For every movie ticket of KinoFest 2024, participants are entitled to one (1) raffle ticket for the Watch & Win promo. Participants must fill in the details on the back of the raffle ticket.
- One movie ticket is equivalent to one raffle ticket. The more movies a participant watches, the more raffle tickets they can collect.
- The details provided by participants must be accurate. Any discrepancies in the details may result in disqualification.
Selection of Winner and Prizes
The raffle will be open from the second day of KinoFest, September 27, 2024, until the last day, which is September 29, 2024. Deadlines for receiving the entries will be on September 29, 2024, 9:30PM.
On October 02, 2024, three (3) participants will be randomly selected as recipient of the following rewards:
1st Prize: Goethe-Institut Loot Bag and Adidas Gift Certificates worth PhP 5,000
2nd Prize: Goethe-Institut Loot Bag and Adidas Gift Certificates worth PhP 3,000
3rd Prize: Goethe-Institut Loot Bag and Adidas Gift Certificates worth PhP 1,000
Claiming of Prizes
The selected individuals will be notified via email by the Goethe-Institut Philippinen and will need to verify their identity by presenting proof of identification. Failure to respond to the message by October 31, 2024, or failure to provide valid proof of identification, will result in forfeiture of the reward. In such cases, the organizers will randomly select another person as the new recipient. The organizers reserve the right to request additional proof of identification if deemed necessary.
All prizes will be shipped to the winners' addresses. It is the winner's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and contact information.The Goethe-Institut Philippinen will be sending the items through a trusted courier but will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged item because of transit.
Technicalities, Forfeiture, etc.
Rewards - The rewards must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the selected individuals are unable to use the rewards. The rewards are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any unused portions of any of the rewards will be forfeited.
Online Publication - The prize winner agrees that the Goethe-Institut Philippinen may publish their name, town/city of residence in any media in connection with the Raffle and on Goethe-Institut Philippinen's website.
Goethe-Institut employees and currently active members of the teaching staff and their relatives up to their third degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the contest.
