Seattle Repertory Theatre creates productions and programs that surprise, entertain, challenge and uplift the community through a focus on the shared act of imagination. Created in 1963 by a group of theater lovers as the foundation of a thriving, arts-rich community, Seattle Rep is a vital source for creative thought and conversation, a place where the audience brings life to the stories told on stage. When planning the season, the scope and scale of the staff’s thinking is reflected in the breadth of ideas, emotions and perspectives presented on stage. Through the voices of a diverse range of playwrights, the theater takes Seattle audiences on globe-spanning journeys while speaking to issues that resonate with their lives in the northwestern United States.

Play Synopsis: Two friends, Casey and Amy, are having a glass of wine in Casey’s backyard.  She is telling Amy about her intrusive neighbor Dr. Pierce and his complaints against the family dog, who he claims trespasses on his yard.  When some surveillance equipment appears nearby, though, a secret from Casey’s “inner sanctum” is revealed.
