The project “Hearing with Vision: Deaf Stories Through Film” aims to bridge this gap by bringing the art of filmmaking to the deaf community. Through a dedicated filmmaking course, deaf individuals will learn and actively participate in creating short films, sharing their unique and vibrant stories with the public.
The event “Hearing with Vision: Deaf Stories Through Film” will feature screenings of these short films and introduce the project to interested communities.

The initiative, " Hearing with Vision: Deaf Stories Through Film" is a collaboration between the TPD Center and the "Hearing with the Eyes" collective. It is developed as a result of the Goethe-Institut Hanoi's "Open Call: Inclusive Art" cooperation program.
