Paul and Max are best friends. On the first day of summer vacation, they leave home to search for Thomas Haller, the father of 12-year-old Paul, who has disappeared without a trace for a year now. With the help of the father's notes, they search for the legendary Ursulen Cave, which he found in the middle of the Ursulen Mountain. All alone in the wilderness, Paul and Max experience an unexpected freedom, but also have to face great dangers.
