This material is about sustainable Advent calendars.
First the students work on the vocabulary. First they describe pictures of sustainable Advent calendars. Then there is a search game with different levels of difficulty and a word cloud that learners can work on alone or in a class or course.
Before learners are given a text on the topic, there are 12 different tasks they can use to explore the text. These can be done as station work, but there are also ideas for doing the tasks in a playful way, for example using dice.
At the end of the unit, students can create their own sustainable Christmas calendar.
