Dr. Bettina Wodianka holds a Ph.D. in Media Studies from the University of Basel. She studied theatre studies, literary studies, and psychology at LMU Munich. From 2011 to 2016, she was a researcher at the Department of Media Studies at the University of Basel and a doctoral candidate in the Swiss National Science Foundation's graduate program Intermedial Aesthetics. For five years, she served as a Curator at the Goethe-Institut San Francisco, where she initiated and curated projects at the intersection of technology, science, and art. Most recently, she led the interdisciplinary initiative C/Change, exploring how emerging technologies can foster cross-cultural connections through intentional design. Bettina Wodianka currently resides in Zurich, Switzerland.
