Camp Go Goethe!
Camp Go Goethe! Goethe goes Fashionable!
With our motto “Goethe goes Fashionable” we are going to look at various aspects of our everyday wear and current trends, such as identity, comfort, creativity, and sustainability.
The highlights of the camp will be the trip to the Bata Shoe Museum via subway to find out more about shoes in modern and ancient times and an "Upcycling-Project" presented by theatre educator Carolin Lindner: The kids are invited to bring worn-out things, e.g. jeans or T-shirts with holes, or other items of clothing that they would like to "embellish" a bit. This can also mean cloth shoes, hats or bags. With the help of needle and thread, artistic seams are embroidered, buttons are attached and decorations are sewn in.
Hopefully, your child can join us for a fun-filled day of exploring the fascinating universe of human attire.
