The Goethe MobiArts project is a cultural program by the Goethe-Institut that enables artists from sub-Saharan Africa to tour the continent through its network of institutes and to enter dialogue with the local scenes. The performing art disciplines concerned include storytelling, dance, music, poetry-slam, and theatre. The aims of the Goethe MobiArts project are to promote cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue, to access new audiences and markets for African artists, to promote talents from the region and their careers, and to the develop South-South cooperation.

For the 2024 edition, four artists from a variety of disciplines and from different geographical and linguistic areas of the continent have been selected: Checkmate Mido (rap & slam, Kenya), Aneth Silva (dance, Angola), Keenan Meyer (pianist, South Africa) and Skriim (electro music, Cameroon).

Under the coordination of the Goethe-Institut Yaounde and the Goethe-Institut Abidjan, each artist will have four performances in four different countries between August and November 2024.
