With German skills, you will improve your job opportunities with German companies at home and abroad. Germany is an important trading partner for the United Kingdom and when negotiating, it is always an advantage to be able to speak the language of the other party.

If I am selling to you, I speak your language. If I am buying, dann müssen sie Deutsch sprechen.

Willy Brandt, former chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany
