General Information
The Goethe-Institut Georgien is the Federal Republic of Germany's cultural institute, active worldwide. It promotes the study of German abroad and encourages international cultural exchange.
Goethe-Institut Georgien together with Czech Centres, Danish Cultural Institute and Institut Francais de Georgie, implements the EU funded project EU4Culture. The project supports cultural sector as a driver of economic development in Eastern Partnership Countries.
Scope of the Call
This call aims to select an external service provider to manage and curate the Cultural Exchange Component and Visibility and Communication of the EU4Culture Festival in Georgia together with the EU4Culture Team. The festival is scheduled to last for two days (20-21 September 2024) and will be held in Gori, Georgia.
The festival will focus on the impact that the EU4Culture project. The event will feature the works of EU4Culture-funded cultural and cross-innovation projects, as well as artists and cultural professionals who have benefitted from the mobility grant scheme of the project.
Eligibility
Legal entities based and registered in Georgia are eligible to apply.

- Individual Entrepreneur
- Limited Liabilities company
- Non-Entrepreneur (Non-Commercial) Legal entities
- And/or other entities meeting the criteria
Application Process
Interested eligible applicants are invited to submit technical and financial offers in English, along with all respective annexes, electronically to EU4Culture@goethe.de with the subject line ” Georgia EU4Culture Festival"
by August 8, 2024, 23:59 Georgian time.
