Anaelle Saade is a mental health specialist and trainer with extensive experience in working in emergencies and conflict zone areas. After completing her studies in Clinical Psychology in 2014, she started her career by providing vital mental health support with Médecins Sans Frontières in Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, and Syria. Later, she took on the role of managing mental health activities in North Lebanon. In 2022, Anaelle transitioned into consultancies and freelance work. She collaborated with the International Rescue Committee, focusing on staff care. Currently, Anaelle works with multiple organizations and media outlets, delivering psychoeducation and psychosocial safety to beneficiaries who require such support due to the inherent challenges associated with their jobs.
