Can I change or cancel my course/exam?

If you cancel before the course starts, the full course fee will be refunded. After the course has started, neither a refund of the course fee nor the issue of a voucher is possible, regardless of whether you have already attended the course. The notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing. The access at the Goethe-Institut is decisive for time limit with the deadline.

What happens with my course/exam booking if the current situation persists or worsens?

In the event of serious, extraordinary circumstances or events or a change in such circumstances or events already present events beyond the control of the Goethe-Institut (e.g., civil unrest, armed conflict or terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), we reserve the right to offer you changes to the services (e.g., in terms of time or space). In this case, we will submit a new offer with a deadline and ask you to indicate whether you wish to accept the modified offer or withdraw from the contract. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for any payments made (if applicable, proportionately according to the status of service provision).

Are you very busy and therefore prefer a more flexible offer? Then maybe our Blended Learning course is just the thing for you.

Practice your vocabulary and important grammatical structures and idioms at your own pace online on our learning platform. Your teacher will assist you along your way by providing individual feedback on your submitted work. You will then meet online twice a week with your teacher and group. The focus of these meetings is on improving your speaking skills and communicating with your group about current issues.
