How to enter an Online Live Classroom via Zoom

1) Open the e-mail sent from your teacher. (See an example below) Then click on the link to directly enter your online classroom.

Remark: If you cannot click open the mentioned link. Please copy that and paste on a Internet browser of your choice to open, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.



2) After that, a new windows opens automatically. Click on “Zoom Meetings öffnen” or “Launch Meeting”. After that, the desktop appication will be opened automatically.

Remarks: If the metionend message is not shown or nothing happens after clicking on it, you may need to install the desktop application first. Just click on “download now” below. (See how to install the desktop application here)



3) Enter your name and the passcode (if available). Then click on “Join Meeting”.



If you’re entering the online classroom before the class begins or prior to the teacher, you will see the message below. Please wait.

Prior to the course beginning you will receive a greeting mail from your teacher, in which you will find the direct link to the Zoom meeting and the Meeting-ID.

1)  Open the desktop application. Then click on “Join”.



2)  Enter the Meeting-ID and your name. Then click on “Join” again.



3)  When the application ask for the passcode, please enter the passcode from the e-mail you received from your teacher. Then click on “Join Meeting”.
