After the success of their sold-out concert in 2022, we are delighted to welcome back Prof. Wally Hase and Vanda Albota to Thailand! This time, we will explore “Lieder ohne Worte” or “Songs without Words,” a program featuring beautiful lyrical music from different eras.
The program includes works by Johann Sebastian Bach, the most celebrated composer of the Baroque era; Franz Schubert, who bridged the worlds of Classical and Romantic music; Mélanie Bonis, a woman composer who adopted the more androgynous name Mel Bonis, and whose life was marked by a struggle between duty and passion, with twists worthy of a dramatic novel; Doina Rotaru, one of the most prominent composers of our time; and many more.
