Voices for tomorrow

The festival’s films form a multifaceted picture of sustainable development, illustrating the ability of documentaries to raise awareness and inspire action to transform our way of life today to build a better future for the coming generations.
It is the voice of the children who barely have enough food for just one meal daily, wharf dwellers unsettlingly watching their source of life - the river - gradually disappearing, and the dolphins waking up with third-degree burns. It is also the voice of a young man fleeing the dust of modern life to return to the purifying power of the mountains and forests; of the hotel owner who utilizes cutting-edge technology to maximize water sources; or of individuals whose lives are devoted to planting and conserving coastal mangrove forests.
Within the framework of the program Sustainability in Documentaries (SiD), Goethe Institut Vietnam collaborates with the Center for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents (TPD) to organize the Voices for Tomorrow: Documentary Film Festival for Sustainability from 30.10.2024 until 03.11.2024 at the National Cinema Center – 87 Lang Ha, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
