"Schaufenster Enkelgeneration" is an international internet film project of the Goethe-Institut, in which young people aged 25 to 35 from the German minority in various countries were portrayed.
The project was realized within the framework of the Goethe-Institut's support of minorities in the region of Central Eastern Europe between 2012 and 2017.
The aim of the project was to show how the young generation of the German minority relates to its own cultural and linguistic roots, what constitutes their identity, where they feel at home, and what their place is in the society and culture of the respective country.
