Good German language skills are valuable - all over the world. But they become even more valuable with a language certificate. Because only after an exam can you correctly assess your language skills and prove them to others with a recognised certificate.

What does examination co-operation 1 mean?
As an Exam Co-operation 1 partner, you benefit from our professional support in exam preparation. You can register a maximum of 21 of your students for exams at the Goethe-Institut in Brussels at reduced prices.

    Cooperation partner network

    Co-operation partners are included in the network of the Goethe-Institut Belgium and benefit from our professional support.

    Your school will nominate a responsible person to liaise with the Goethe-Institut.

    German teachers from co-operation partners can take part in exam preparation workshops.

    Examination dates

    The written and oral examinations take place on the same day on fixed dates at the Goethe-Institut in Brussels. The dates are allocated according to availability.
    You can register candidates for different levels, but not more than 21 in total.

    Preparation of the exam participants

    You prepare your students for the respective exams and register a maximum of 21 exam participants for the corresponding exam dates. Use the Goethe-Institut's model and practice sets for optimal preparation!

    Carrying out the tests

    The oral and written examinations take place on the same day at the Goethe-Institut in Brussels. Each exam is taken and assessed by two examiners from the Goethe-Institut.

  • After completion of the examinations

    The Goethe-Institut will issue certificates or confirmations of participation for your students at the earliest 6 weeks after completion of the examinations.
