Think professional!

The Goethe-Institut Kamerun project Think Professional! builds a bridge between school education and professional practice. German learners gain their first experiences for their professional future through internships in companies.
With hands-on education in various professional fields, students take another step on their path to the working world. The Think Professional! project supports participants in developing key competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Furthermore, German learners acquire skills in areas such as time management, self-organization, adaptability, professional ethics, and enhance their language proficiency in German.
The companies integrate the interns into their work processes and promote their professional and personal development. By guiding young people toward professional orientation, companies fulfill their social responsibility. At the same time, the perspectives and ideas of the interns enrich the companies.
