Nazra for Feminist Studies will hold a screening for the film "Sex in A Cold Climate" as part of "It Happens" campaign to combat Rape within the framework of the 16 Days of Activism campaign to combat violence against women.
This documentary film tells the story of women who have been subjected to violence by the Catholic Church in Ireland which sent them to one of the Magdalene Asylums in Ireland as a form of punishment for their behavior.
