Application form for students
Eligibility Requirements
To be able to participate in the football camp with FC Augsburg, you should meet the following requirements:
- For a full PASCH scholarship: You attend a PASCH school* in one of the following countries: UK, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Ireland, the Netherlands
- For a full Gimagine scholarship: You attend a state school in the UK and are eligible for free school meals (application for grant, see in application form)
- For a partial scholarship/self-paid option: You attend a state school in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Ireland, the Netherlands are learning German.
- You are 15 to 17 years old during the camp (16.02.-22.02.25)
- You are learning German at school
- You are free during the entire duration of the camp and can fully commit to the programme (16.02.-22.02.25)
What does the programme entail?
- One arrival and one departure day (Sunday and Saturday)
- Five days of football training with coaches from FC Augsburg
- Four days of German lessons with a Goethe-Institut certified German teacher
- Free time activities, incl. a visit to the Bayern-Munich Stadium
- Full board, accommodation, return travel from your country to Augsburg
- PASCH Scholarship: If you are a PASCH student, you may receive a full scholarship for your participation in the camp. Due to the high number of applicants, we will decide on the success of your application based on your motivation.
- Full Gimagine Scholarship: If you are eligible for free school meals, please tick the respective box in the form below. In this case, you can apply for a full scholarship of the camp, please indicate in the form below. Due to the high number of applicants, we will decide on the success of your application based on your motivation.
- Partial scholarship/self-paid option: The price for participating in the camp is 950 GBP, for all services mentioned (excluding the costs for travelling to and from Augsburg). The amount should be transferred to the Goethe-Institut within 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation of participation. Due to the high number of applicants, we will decide on the success of your application based on your motivation.
- Consent to travel alone: All participants of the camp require their parents’/guardians’ consent to travel by themselves from their home country to Munich Airport. They will be picked up by the FC Augsburg team at the airport. All children aged under 18 travelling alone must carry a printed copy of:
- A completed parental/guardian consent form (template provided by the Goethe-Institut)
- Photographic identification of the parent/guardian who completed the form showing their signature
