We have developed lots of free media for you to practise your German: from apps with learning materials, videos, podcasts and games to social media and community supports. No matter how well you already speak German and why you want to improve: the main thing is that you get started - and have fun doing it.

Litrix.de presents new publications from the German book market which are selected by a jury of critics on a regular basis. Information on these books is provided on our portal in the form of 1. book reviews by well-known literary critics, 2. sample passages, 3. details on authors and publishers, in German, English and the current special-focus language.

The literature blog “Cherrypicker” presents selected novels and non-fiction, graphic novels and stories, audio books and literature for children and teenagers. And it gathers concise voices from the world of literature. Every week a new recommendation, every week the chance to discover remarkable texts, images and opinions.
