Helen Quiñones Loayza (b. 1992)
is a social communicator, educator, translator and interpreter of native languages (Quechua) aware of the fight for the equality of girls, adolescents and women. Through radio and constant work she has reached the hearts of many people around the country, especially in the rural Quechua areas.
