Can games be a force for social change?

Beyond their entertainment value, video games are increasingly being recognised for their potential to drive positive social change. From promoting mental health to raising awareness of climate change, games are being used as a tool for social impact worldwide.

At Gamechanger, we highlight the potential for games to convey a social message while also being a source of entertainment.

Gamechanger is a celebration of Indonesian gaming culture and a platform for aspiring game developers to learn from, network, and connect with industry experts.

Through workshop and talk shows, Gamechanger aims to empower aspiring Indonesian game developers with relevant skills, while building an inclusive gaming community for individuals to share their passion for games.

The festival will feature dedicated zones for digital (VR and consoles) and board games, allowing attendees to enjoy their preferred gaming experience while exploring new ones.

Discover impactful Indonesian games, equip yourself with relavant game development skills, learn from experts, and network with fellow aspiring game developers.

The event is free and open to the public. Join us for a day filled with play and meaningful connections, where every game played contributes to a greater purpose!

*Parking spaces are limited, please use public transport.
