From 7th to 21st July 2018 the Goethe-Institut organized a second study program with the slogan “Life of Muslims in Germany”

In July 2018 fourteen Indonesians from different parts of the archipelago were offered the possibility to take part in a two week-long educational journey in Germany. The program’s targets were to bring together young Indonesian intellectuals with German Muslims and to inform about specific Islamic discourses in Germany. In Berlin, Hamburg and Göttingen the participants had the chance to visit Islamic Studies at the universities and Islamic unions as well islamic organisation to exchange with Muslims and scholars of Islam.

During this Sharing Session the participants of the journey will report about their trip in 15 minutes-long presentations to share their impressions from Germany with the audience. Interested visitors will have the chance to ask questions.
