Science Film Festival

is a celebration of science communication in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America: In cooperation with local partners it promotes science literacy and facilitates awareness of contemporary scientific, technological and environmental issues through international films with accompanying educational activities.

KinoFest

KinoFest, the annual German film festival, is coming to the Philippines and Malaysia this September. It will showcase the latest films from Germany that engage with current affairs and topical issues. KinoFest is coming to Indonesia in October with eleven films ranging from gripping thrillers to powerful social documentaries.

Arthouse Cinema

Since 2012, the Goethe-Institut Indonesien has established Arthouse Cinema as a regular film screening initiative. In 2024, Arthouse Cinema will run from April to November, showcasing an impressive lineup of titles that promise to take audiences on a captivating journey through various genres and themes.
